During the pilot, account access, checkout, refund, retention, deletion, and upload issues are handled by email.

For owners

Email support@onedaymanyeyes.com from the owner account email. Include the wedding name, event date, and a short description of what happened.

Guests should ask the couple or host for the private wedding code. For privacy, support does not provide guest codes directly to guests.

Try again from a stronger network, use a smaller photo if possible, or ask the host to contact support with the wedding name and event date.
