Refunds
Refunds are reviewed manually during the pilot.
One Day Many Eyes is purchased once per event through Stripe Checkout. There is no billing portal or self-serve refund flow yet.
How to request a refund
Email support@onedaymanyeyes.com from the owner account email. Include the wedding name, event date, and Stripe receipt information if available.
What we review
We verify ownership and payment before taking action. If a refund means an event should no longer be share-ready, support may update the wedding purchase state manually.
